That is right. The season is closing in on us. We only have 29 days until opening night. This year is going to be amazing. Nightmare Forest will have more props, more effects, more actors, and more events than it has EVER had!
Construction is moving along as planned. We have several of the sites constructed and most of those painted. Our props have started coming in. This season is going to be AWESOME!!
So Nightmare Forest and The Trail of Terror construction is BEGINNING!! We have been studying movie after movie to bring you, or Fans, the best Nightmare Forest event possible. As mentioned in the previous post all we have been hearing is how everyone wants the event to return back to its original state (featuring movies). We are doing just that. All scenes in Nightmare Forest are movie based. Now of course you are going to see your classics like Friday the 13th, and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. But we are bringing new movies to life as well (details coming soon).
Now as for The Trail of Terror. This trail is going to be completely constructed of all the sick and twisted madness that comes through our brains. All of the stuff from your most horrifying nightmares will be found on this trail. We will have scenes such as Area 51 and a sick and demented “Fun House.”
NEW FOR 2011
If you haven’t been following us on our facebook (you can do so by clicking here) you have been out of the loop. We are bringing a 3rd event to Otter Creek this 2011 season. It is the Watch-N-Drive Drive-In. Here you will be fully immersed in your favorite horror films on the big screen while creeps and scares come from every corner.
Now I know that everyone is expecting the price to raise with a third event. Guess what, IT’S NOT. The price will remain the same as it was for 2010! We are not taking any of the site counts down for the trails, re really are just giving you MORE for your MONEY!

Our Graphics/Web designer has put together another amazing site for Nightmare Forest, Trail of Terror, and the all new Watch-N-Drive Drive-In. The site will be live by the end of this week, but here is a photo of what the main page will look like…

The Nightmare Forest 2011 season is under way. We have been meeting and discussing with the entire crew to bring you the most exciting, scary, NEW Nightmare Forest to you for 2011. Once again this year we will feature two Haunted Trails Featuring Nightmare Forest and The Trail of Terror. Both trails are going to be LOADED with new props and scenes.
This year Nightmare Forest will be ENTIRELY movie themed. You have spoken and this year we will deliver. Everyone we talked to wants to see Nightmare Forest back on the movies track. What this means is every scene you walk through will be based on a Horror movie. There will be no “generic” scenes in Nightmare Forest this year. You will see your favorite Classic movies as well as some new ones. We look forward to bringing you the Nightmare Forest 2011 event this Halloween season.
